About this program

Voron Zero is a compact, fully-enclosed CoreXY 3D printer designed for high-speed, high-quality printing in a small footprint. The V0.2 revision is the official release maintained by Voron Design.

Highlights

  • 120 × 120 × 120 mm build volume
  • CoreXY motion system
  • Low-mass direct-drive extruder (Mini Stealthburner)
  • Fully enclosed chamber
  • 24V DC heated bed
  • Klipper firmware
  • Filament runout sensor
  • Sensorless homing

What's in this program

  • Full STL set for the V0.2r1 revision (134 printed parts)
  • Pointer to the official assembly manual PDF
  • Klipper firmware configuration profile
  • BOM via the Voron Configurator

Build notes

Most first-timers buy a complete kit rather than sourcing à-la-carte — LDO (~$800), Formbot (~$550), and Fysetc are the common choices. À-la-carte Misumi sourcing runs $400–600 but requires more lead time. Use the Voron Configurator to generate an accurate BOM for your region.

The Voron community provides an interactive Printed Parts Guide and an active Discord for build support. Expect a multi-weekend build for first-timers.

Voron 0.2 R1 Bill of Materials

Source of truth: the Voron Configurator generates a customized BOM (Misumi part numbers + sourcing options). The list below is the canonical V0.2 R1 parts list for à-la-carte sourcing. Most builders buy a complete kit (LDO or Formbot) and skip the line-by-line ordering.
